This full-time, hybrid position is responsible for weekly payroll and customer billing for 200 employees in a specific geographic territory.

This full-time, hybrid position is responsible for weekly payroll and customer billing for 200 employees in a specific geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly payroll by reviewing and approving time, and creating quick entry spreadsheets for upload to UKG HRIS
- Track fixed-price job progress and billing
- Prepare weekly invoices for hourly jobs
- Maintain knowledge of customer contracts, including billing rates, overtime rules, fuel billing, expiration dates, etc.
- Enter employee change information into HRIS File various documents
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Minimum of 2 years Payroll experience
- Experience with NetSuite and UKG is a plus, but not required Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
