Join a rapidly growing general contracting company as a Contract Specialist!

This full-time, hybrid position is responsible for weekly payroll and customer billing for 200 employees in a specific geographic territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly payroll by reviewing and approving time, and creating quick entry spreadsheets for upload to UKG HRIS
  • Track fixed-price job progress and billing
  • Prepare weekly invoices for hourly jobs
  • Maintain knowledge of customer contracts, including billing rates, overtime rules, fuel billing, expiration dates, etc.
  • Enter employee change information into HRIS File various documents
Experience and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum of 2 years Payroll experience
  • Experience with NetSuite and UKG is a plus, but not required Education
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
