- Create Contracts, Company Change Orders, Subcontractor Agreements, Subcontractor
- Change Orders, AIA Documents, Lien Releases & Job Proposals
- File for Notice of Commencements comparative pricing for Project Managers on dumpsters, containers, rental equipment, etc.
- Assist Project Managers with all bid documentation prior to bid date
- Make sure we have all proper documentation executed by subcontractors before job starts
- Provide Superintendents needed documentation for individual job sites
- Prepared Close Out Notebooks for Clients
