HR Manager - Top Company in Alpharetta
We are actively recruiting for an HR business partner for a strong, stable, and well-established company in Alpharetta. In this role, you will be the Right Hand to VP of HR. This is an operationally focused position that works closely with the branches in the field.
In this role, you will be the liaison between Corporate HQ and the branches and help them with any HR-related issues they may have. This is perfect for an HR coordinator that is ready for the next step and hasn't had the opportunity.

Salary: $65k-$75k plus a generous PTO program
Duties:
- lots of compliance - heavy compliance-focused
- Support the branch locations. (What can I do to help mindset)
- You will work with branch location leadership to wok on candidate issues and the proper HR compliance procedures to follow
- You will work closely with the onboarding coordinator.
- You will work on HR compliance investigations
- You will generate reports on HR recommendations
- You will implement HR KPIs and ensure data is getting to the necessary people such as the COO.
- You will help with other departments as needed from a support aspect (i.e. open enrollment, field HR questions)
- You will assist with acquisition assistance
Requirements:
- BS Degree
- 5+ years of experience dealing with HR compliance issues
- Ability to travel 10%
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Time management skills
- Experience working with multiple branch locations would be a huge plus
- HR Project Management - You will have lots of projects and you need to coordinate and communicate where you are on projects. (ie. creating a PowerPoint on how payrolls will merge, sexual harassment cases, etc)
