- Maintain accurate payroll processing and audit-ready records
- Reconcile payroll data with tax filings and general ledger (GL)
- Monitor and apply federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Ensure multi-state payroll compliance
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Identify and implement process improvements related to compliance and documentation
- 3+ years of experience in payroll compliance or related roles
- Proficiency with UKG and payroll GL systems
- Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
