Position Overview:
The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting across multiple entities, with responsibility for month-end close, financial statement preparation, general ledger integrity, and compliance support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in QuickBooks and contract review.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations across several business entities
Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process
Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and reconciliations
Oversee all QuickBooks activities and maintain clean books
Support compliance by reviewing contracts and agreements
Partner with company leadership to deliver financial insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
Expertise in QuickBooks and multi-entity accounting
Exceptional attention to detail and strong deadline management
CPA or public accounting background is highly preferred
