Position Overview:
The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily legal operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with legal documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

● Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Maintain and organize case files and documentation

  • Handle client communications and maintain professional relationships

  • Assist with billing, time entry, and general office administrative duties

Qualifications:**
● Prior experience in a legal administrative or similar role preferred
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
