Who:
We seek a detail-oriented professional with 1–3+ years of public accounting experience and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Position Overview:
The Associate (Audit & Tax) will support audit and tax compliance engagements for manufacturing and distribution clients while contributing to research, documentation, and preparation of high-quality work products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Federal and state corporate, consolidated, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Prepare income tax provisions under ASC 740 for corporate taxpayers.
Conduct technical tax research on various Federal and state topics.
Perform audit engagements across multiple industries with a focus on manufacturing and distribution.
Develop and execute audit programs, including assessing risks, evaluating internal controls, and designing test procedures.
Conduct technical accounting research across a variety of accounting issues.
Maintain active communication with team members and clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare clear, concise workpapers and related deliverables.
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of professional experience, including public accounting.
BA/BS in Accounting or a Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills in English.
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid organizational ability with proven multi-tasking capability.
Experience with manufacturing and distribution clients preferred.
ProSystem fx Engagement and CCH Axcess experience beneficial.
German language skills a plus but not required.
