Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our customers, sales, and operations teams. You’ll be the front line for delivering responsive, high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage inbound calls, emails, and order requests

● Process orders and coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams

● Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction

● Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

● Support the sales team with product and order information

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in nutraceuticals or CPG

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills

● Familiarity with order management systems and CRM tools

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● High school diploma required; college degree preferred
