Who: We are seeking a detail-oriented tax professional with 4–5 years of federal and state income tax experience—ideally within public accounting—who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Associate will manage complex tax engagements, prepare and review corporate and partnership tax filings, perform technical research, maintain strong client communication, and support staff development while serving international manufacturing and distribution clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Federal and state corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing ASC 740 income tax provisions.
- Serve as a client point of contact, addressing notices and ad-hoc tax inquiries.
- Manage multiple engagements with accuracy and timely completion.
- Perform technical tax research on Federal, state, and international issues.
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and conduct in-depth tax analysis.
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to staff and interns.
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of federal and state income tax experience, including public accounting.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
- Experience with manufacturing and distribution clients.
- CCH Axcess Tax experience.
- Excellent English research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven approach.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong corporate tax compliance and provision experience.
- CPA license or similar certification.
- ProSystem fx Engagement experience.
