We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a dynamic and expanding practice, providing leadership on audit engagements, managing high-quality client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts while supporting the growth of the assurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage audit engagements across commercial and nonprofit clients.
● Oversee, mentor, and develop A&A associates to support long-term team success.
● Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple projects and timelines.
● Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and industry insight.
● Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and proposals.
● Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.
● Support the growth of the practice through operational excellence and leadership.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of public accounting experience.
● Commercial and Nonprofit audit experience required.
● Proven leadership and staff-development abilities.
● Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
● Business development experience required.
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
● Active CPA license required.
