Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, supervise, and review tax engagements.
- Provide tax planning and compliance services through direct client interaction.
- Review complex tax returns and assist staff with technical issues.
- Conduct tax research and offer actionable solutions.
- Train, develop, and evaluate junior staff members.
- Communicate with clients, IRS, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in at least two of the following industries:
- manufacturing
- distribution
- software
- technology
- staffing
- non-profit
- professional services
- high-net-worth individuals.
- Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
- Exposure to international tax, SALT, or estates & trusts is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
