Project Coordinator/Office Assistant - Construction

Duties include:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings travel arrangements and bid/site calendar for crews and management.
  • Process expense reports, vendor invoices, deposits, and receipts to reconcile monthly statements.
  • Clerical tasks: mailing, copying, scanning/filing, and screening calls daily
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and contract administration,
  • Create financial reports per project and prepare closeout documents.
  • Process pay applications each month per project
  • Support foremen by looking at updated plan specs and sending changes to scope as needed.
  • Create safety plans on a per-project basis
  • Develop strong relationships with general contractors and vendors

Base salary 40k-45k plus benefits and great work environment.
