Supply Chain Specialist
Job purpose
The Supply Chain Project Engineer is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects crucial to achieving companywide production and shipping targets. These projects involve the implementation of cost-saving solutions in shipping, returnable crates, one-way crates, and process flows. The Supply Chain Project Engineer will play a central role in identifying and leading these projects with the support of senior-level leaders.
Duties and responsibilities
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and lead improvement projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with teams of diverse skills.
- Build trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Develop manufacturing work instructions to clearly define processes.
- Manage the quality, build sequence, and schedule of hardware throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Perform root cause analysis and deploy corrective actions.
- Design proper material handling and packaging to protect hardware in different transportation environments.
- Help identify and visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
- Excellent time management skills – ability to prioritize and juggle competing tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

- Strong presentation skills – ability to present clearly and concisely to senior leaders.

Working conditions

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
