Corporate Paralegal
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary focus of this position is to provide support to the legal department in contract management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will collaborate closely with our General Counsel to ensure seamless and efficient business operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, and amend a broad spectrum of contracts and agreements, encompassing client contracts and vendor agreements.
- Organize and maintain contract documents and other legal records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of company documentation.
- Assist in corporate matters such as the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, filings, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to offer assistance on various initiatives.
- Monitor and track compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on laws and regulations impacting the company.
- Provide support to in-house counsel on various projects and initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the legal department.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The majority of tasks are conducted in an office environment, involving intermittent periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in roles such as contracts or corporate paralegal, or contracts manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Sound knowledge of contract documents, corporate records, and legal research methodologies.
- Proficiency in document management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
