Who: CPA-qualified finance professional with 5+ years of management reporting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller, this role manages financial operations including management reporting, government compliance, fixed asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting, product costing, new product cost management, and inventory management for the manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end management reporting and variance analysis

• Manage and report cash flow and liquidity

• Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts; monitor expenditures

• Ensure compliance with government and defense regulations

• Manage year-end closing activities

• Oversee product costing and new product cost tracking

• Conduct warranty cost analysis and reporting

• Manage project cost control and reporting

• Oversee inventory management and reporting

• Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances

• Liaise with internal and external auditors

Minimum Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting/Finance

• 5+ years of management reporting experience, manufacturing preferred

• Hands-on SAP experience

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
