Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to support a team of 6 attorneys in a dynamic boutique law firm environment. This individual will play a key role in managing legal workflows, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring efficient day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in legal support, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
● Key Responsibilities:**
-Prepare, review, and manage legal documents across multiple practice areas
-Conduct legal research and support case and transactional workflows
-Coordinate client communications and maintain confidentiality at all times
-Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and matter tracking
-Support compliance filings, entity formations, and corporate records maintenance
Assist with process improvements and overall workflow efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar) preferred
-High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration
