Position Overview: Tax and Compliance Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and interpret tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare annual reports and state compliance filings.
- Reconcile general ledger balances for tax accounts.
- Prepare various sales tax returns and annual reports.
- Review annual federal and state income tax returns.
- Assist with financial and sales tax audits.
- Conduct analytical research and prepare special reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business related field.
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and tax law knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and especially Excel.

Work Schedule:
- Flexible Hybrid
Salary:
- $65,000 - $75,000 plus year-end bonus based on company performance.
