Position Overview:
The Tax Manager will oversee client engagements, manage tax planning and compliance, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for diverse clients.
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
● Review complex tax returns and provide strategic planning.
● Supervise and train staff, ensuring development and performance.
● Stay current with tax laws and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
● CPA required.
● 5–15 years of recent public accounting experience.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and technical tax skills.
