Bookkeeper with Payroll and Paycom Experience

Location: Downtown Atlanta

Salary: Up to $80,000 base salary, plus a 20% bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing using Paycom.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks with a focus on the general ledger.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using Sage Intacct.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with payroll management, specifically using Paycom.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • No degree required.
