Senior Accountant – Growth opportunity

Our well-established client has a need for a strong Senior Accountant that can be promoted into an Accounting Manager role.

Duties:
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills with understanding of GAAP
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and supporting account reconciliations  
  • Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel and data extracts and manipulation 
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Experience with lease contracts and funding as well as service contracts a plus
  • Experience in commission plans and calculations a plus
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, etc. a plus
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong organizational skills 

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Three or more years of accounting experience
  • Experience with leases and or contracts a plus
  • QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Public Audit and industry mix a plus but not required.
