Job Description:
As a Welder you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by fabricating and welding various components to ensure the integrity and quality of our products. You will work closely with our production team to meet production goals and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding Operations: Perform various welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Inspect welds for quality, ensuring they meet industry and company standards. Make necessary adjustments to welding equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces as needed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of yourself and those around you.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure its proper functioning and report any issues promptly to the maintenance team.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including welding parameters, materials used, and inspection results.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Welder, with at least [X years] of welding experience.
