Position Overview:
The Not-for-Profit Tax Experienced Associate will support compliance and consulting services for tax-exempt organizations, contribute to client engagements, and gain exposure to a variety of nonprofit sectors while building technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide tax compliance and consulting services to not-for-profit clients.
● Prepare Forms 990, 1120, and related filings for exempt organizations and their affiliates.
● Use strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to support engagements.
● Consult with market and firm leaders on client needs.
● Network within the community and relevant industries to build relationships.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
● Ability to obtain CPA licensure; active CPA preferred.
● 2+ years of public accounting experience.
● Experience serving tax-exempt organizations.
