Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

• Assist with the month-end close process.

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Support financial reporting and recurring accounting activities.

• Assist with audits and special accounting projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial information.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• One to three years of accounting experience preferred.

• Recent graduates with strong accounting internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.

• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
