Who: We are seeking an experienced tax professional with at least 3 years in public accounting who is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator.
What: You will prepare tax returns, conduct technical tax research, support tax consulting engagements, assist with ASC 740 provisions, and help guide junior staff while delivering high-quality client service.
When: This is a full-time position available for immediate hire.

Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Associate will manage multiple tax engagements, prepare Federal and state tax filings, perform technical research, support consulting projects, and contribute to staff development and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Perform technical tax research on Federal, state, and international issues.
- Support consulting engagements including permanent establishment and nexus studies.
- Assist with ASC 740 corporate tax provisions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations.
- Prepare clear and concise workpapers and documentation.
- Delegate effectively and support team members by removing obstacles and providing guidance.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in public accounting.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
- Excellent English writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- CPA license or similar certification (preferred, not required).
- German language skills a plus.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing and distribution.
- CCH Axcess Tax experience.
