What: Seeking a strategic financial leader to direct FP&A functions and supervise a team of two.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 base plus 10% bonus and potential equity participation.
Position Overview:
The Director of FP&A will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will be instrumental in guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial planning and analysis processes.
- Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Supervise and mentor a team of two financial analysts.
- Partner cross-functionally to support business operations and financial health.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance/Strategy is a big plus).
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on FP&A in a corporate or multi-site environment.
- A sharp, strategic mindset — able to see both the big picture and the financial details.
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders — you're not afraid to speak up, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions.
- Outstanding analytical skills — you make data clear, actionable, and impactful.
- Experience in healthcare-related businesses is a bonus.
