Job Summary / Description:
The Finance Support Specialist manages administrative functions related to equipment financing and repair funding requests. This role processes financing quotes, coordinates documentation, tracks deals from quote to funding, and communicates daily with internal teams, customers, and third-party finance companies. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure timely and accurate funding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financing quotes and enter deals into financing systems.
Calculate RPO payoffs and obtain payoff information from finance companies.
Assemble, distribute, and review financial document packages.
Track financing processes from quote through funding.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and update reporting.
Coordinate and submit deals to third-party finance companies.
Assist with funding issues and finance-related questions from sales teams.
Work cross-functionally with administration, accounting, and credit teams.
Maintain relationships with financial service providers to ensure service quality.
Compile reports and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience acceptable.
Minimum two (2) years in administrative support or similar role.
At least two (2) years assisting customers with accounts in person and by phone.
Excellent math skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), and Word.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize fluid workflows.
Prior experience in finance, sales, or operations administration preferred.
