Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician
Atlanta, GA - Full Time
Our client, an award winning Atlanta based company is searching for a Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store personnel through clear communication and dependable service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, UV lamp installations, battery replacements, and equipment upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, multi-meters, and water sampling kits.
- Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing valves and fittings, tightening connections, and handling electrical components.
- Safely transport and deliver printing equipment to customer locations.
- Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical systems.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to reliability and responsibility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically capable of bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
- This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
- Use of company vehicle for all deliveries, service and installations
