Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 base salary plus up to 20% bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, billing, AP, and inventory oversight
- Help scale accounting processes and internal controls to support continued growth
- Co-manage clerical staff responsible for shipping, inventory, and light accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Qualifications:
● CPA required
● 4–9 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
● Public accounting background highly preferred
● Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
