Position Overview:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for executing payroll processes, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance while leveraging Paylocity to optimize workflows and reporting.

● Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity
• Audit payroll data for accuracy including hours, deductions, and taxes
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity
• Handle payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related initiatives

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of payroll processing experience with strong Paylocity expertise
● Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards
● High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
● Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting tools
● Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
