What: Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis on over 60% of the company’s lease portfolio.
When: Currently hiring as the lease finance group scales up.
Where: Dallas, TX, hybrid schedule (up to 2 days in office if transitioned).
Why: Dallas plays a pivotal role in the company’s leasing growth strategy, requiring strong financial partnership.
Salary: $95,000–$110,000 base plus 5% discretionary bonus.
