Position: Controller
Location: Atlanta, GA
Company: Large, specialized healthcare organization operating across multiple states

Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Close: Manage and oversee the monthly closing process for accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheet accounting and operational revenue reports.
- Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable function.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Partnership with Directors: Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth. Regular monthly meetings are expected.
- Revenue-Generating Mindset: Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Certification: CPA is mandatory.
- Experience: Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.
- Expertise: Multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Salesforce, and NextGen.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Bonus: Potential bonus ranging from $20k to $40k of the base salary.
