Senior Customer Service - Atlanta, GA ($45-$55k | Salary + Bonus)

Customer Service/Inside Sales, in-office to start then hybrid, opportunity for a strong, stable industrial equipment supplier in (Smyrna/Vinings area) Atlanta, 30339. 

(up to $55k | Salary + Bonus), plus benefits, 401k matching and profit sharing!

  • Opportunity for advancement into technical sales in 1-3 years and outside sales after that.

  • Does not involve outward selling or quotas.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of technical customer service experience. Preferably in the industrial equipment industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work emailed cases for quotes, orders, and product selection.
  • Use Salesforce.com for case management and ERP system - Profit 21
  • Phone support
