Salary:
Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.
Position Overview:
The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
● Key Responsibilities:
● Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
● Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes
● Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
● Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures
● Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities
● Support audits and work with external accounting partners
● Oversee multi-state compliance and tax processes
● Support system improvements and integrations
● Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
Qualifications:
● CPA required
● 10+ years of accounting experience
● Experience in high-growth environments (required)
● Strong ERP and systems experience (required)
● Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required)
● Strong technical accounting knowledge
● Experience with audits and external partners
● Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement
● Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
