The HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices

● Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions

● Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives

● Maintain HRIS data accuracy and leverage UKG for reporting and analytics

● Partner with leadership to support talent planning and development

Qualifications:

● Minimum 15 years of related HR experience

● Effective employee relations experience

● Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

● Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

● Bachelor's Degree Required

● MUST have experience with UKG Software

● MUST be available to travel 30%
