Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support all facets of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records
- Provide guidance to staff on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution
- Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files and documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
