Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller, this role oversees management reporting, government compliance, fixed asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting, product costing, and inventory management for a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver month-end management reporting

• Manage and report on cash flow

• Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts

• Monitor and track budget expenditures

• Ensure compliance with Government and Defense business requirements

• Manage year-end book closing activities

• Oversee product costing and new product cost management

• Conduct warranty cost analysis and reporting

• Manage project cost control and reporting

• Oversee inventory management and reporting

• Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances

• Liaise with internal and external auditors

Qualifications

Required

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting/Finance

• 5+ years of management reporting experience (manufacturing preferred)

• Experience working with SAP

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
