Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 base, plus 10–25% potential bonus.

Position Overview:
The Tax Senior Manager will oversee client relationships, lead diverse projects, and provide high-level advisory in industries like healthcare, finance, real estate, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects with strong relationship and project management skills.
Deliver expert-level tax planning and compliance advice.
Mentor and grow tax professionals.
Develop business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of relevant experience.
CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.
Strong analytical and client-service mindset.
