We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for our employees and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Duties include:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, utilizing our payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date in our HR system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing W-2s and other payroll related documents.
  • Work closely with accounting team to reconcile payroll related accounts.
  • Weekly Payroll for 250-300 employees
  • Assist with some HR duties.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Experience with Paylocity or other payroll processing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Base salary 65k-75k plus Benefits.
