JOB ALERT:

We are assisting one of our clients located in Atlanta, GA in their search for a Controller. The Controller will then have the opportunity to become the CFO. This role is a key part of the management team, with significant influence on the company’s financial direction. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, capable of guiding the financial strategy of the organization as it continues to grow. 

This permanent position has excellent benefits, paying up to $200K +/- plus a $20k - $40k bonus, excellent benefits, generous PTO, and other incentives.

Controller - Healthcare

WHO: Large, specialized healthcare organization 

WHAT: Controller - Fast track to CFO

SALARY: $150 - $200K +/-, plus profit sharing and bonus, and excellent benefits, plus profit sharing.

Duties:

Monthly Close: Manage and oversee the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, balance sheet accounting, and operational revenue reports.

Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable function.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.

Partnership with Directors: Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth. Regular monthly meetings are expected.

Revenue-Generating Mindset: Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Certification: CPA is mandatory.
