- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and locations
- Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with internal leadership
- Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding
- Track performance using daily KPIs
- Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct recruiting experience
- Strong preference for healthcare and/or operations recruiting backgrounds
- Proven success managing high candidate volume
- Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communication skills
