Job Description:
The Accounting Manager oversees brand-level accounting, financial reporting, analysis, audit support, and team leadership while driving process improvements and financial performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting functions for assigned franchise brands.

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial statements.

  • Conduct financial analysis and deliver strategic reporting to leadership.

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

  • Partner with Director of Accounting, CFO, SVPs, Brand Leaders, and Operations leadership.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial efficiency.

  • Evaluate and enhance accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

  • Assist with annual audit preparation and coordination.

  • Stay current on industry trends and accounting best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

  • Franchise or retail industry experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

  • Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development ability.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
