Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components in a variety of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Document all repairs, maintenance, and modifications with accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
- Stay current with industry advancements and apply new techniques and tools as appropriate.
- Manage inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring readiness for ongoing tasks.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment when required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in electromechanical systems is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical Repair Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and testing instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
