Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components in a variety of equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Document all repairs, maintenance, and modifications with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and apply new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  • Manage inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring readiness for ongoing tasks.
  • Assist with the installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in electromechanical systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Electromechanical Repair Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and testing instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
