Who: Experienced automotive finance professional responsible for dealership finance operations and sales leadership.
What: Manage finance and insurance sales, vehicle projections, monthly quotas, gross profit objectives, and team performance.
Where: Onsite at the dealership (Southeast U.S.).
When: Full-time, weekdays, consistent with dealership operating hours.

Job Summary:
The Finance / Sales Manager leads dealership finance and insurance operations while supporting vehicle sales objectives. This role ensures the dealership meets unit sales quotas, maximizes gross profit, and drives additional revenue through F&I product sales. The manager also oversees staff training, paperwork accuracy, and pre-delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project monthly vehicle requirements and sales goals for 90-day periods.

  • Determine unit sales and gross profit objectives for monthly and yearly periods.

  • Sell finance, insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket items.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with finance sources.

  • Submit finance paperwork and obtain approvals.

  • Review daily sales results and action plans with sales staff.

  • Conduct sales meetings and provide on-the-job training.

  • Facilitate pre-delivery processes with Service Manager.

  • Handle rate quotations and verify trade payoffs, deposits, and insurance.

  • Log sales income and maintain accurate F&I records.

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and report incidents immediately.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an automotive Finance Manager.

  • Experience with Sub-Prime market and strong closing skills.

  • Strong ethics, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

  • Pass background and drug screen.
