Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Employee Outplacement Services

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team that helps businesses provide outplacement services to employees undergoing job transitions. You'll work with a list of warm leads, initiating outreach and setting up conversations between prospects and senior sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm leads via phone and email to set meetings
  • Track all activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Partner with account executives for effective lead handoff
  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
  • Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or appointment setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and good organizational habits
  • Self-driven, empathetic, and professional demeanor
  • Interest in HR, career services, or employee support programs a plus
